Delete your Taharah account

Deleting your account permanently removes your profile, every cycle log, every journal entry, and your Taharah sign-in. It cannot be undone.

In the app, the fastest way

1. Open Taharah and go to Settings.
2. Tap Data & Privacy.
3. Tap Delete My Account and enter your password to confirm.

If you would like a copy first, Export My Data on the same screen sends you everything as a JSON file.

If you cannot sign in

Email tech@genesisflo.com from the address on the account, with the subject Delete my Taharah account. We verify that the request comes from the account holder and then delete it.

We answer within 30 days, and in practice much sooner.

What is deleted, and when

• Deleted immediately: your profile, your cycle logs, your journal entries, your saved preferences, and your authentication record.
• Kept, with no link to you: prayer requests you posted to the community wall stay on the wall. They never carried your name, and after deletion nothing connects them to you at all. If you want a specific request taken down, say so in the same email and we will remove it.
• Backups: deleted data ages out of encrypted infrastructure backups within 30 days.
