End User License Agreement

This agreement is between you and GenesisFlō ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using Taharah, you accept it. If you do not accept it, please do not use the app.

1. Your licence

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use Taharah on devices you own or control, for your own personal, non-commercial use.

You may not copy, sell, rent, sub-licence, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract the source code of the app, except where that restriction is prohibited by law.

2. Zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive behaviour

Taharah includes a prayer wall where members can share prayer requests anonymously. We have zero tolerance for objectionable content and for abusive users.

You agree that you will not submit, post, or transmit any content that:

• harasses, threatens, bullies, defames, or intimidates any person;
• expresses hatred toward, or promotes violence or discrimination against, any person or group on the basis of race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, sex, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, age, or any other characteristic;
• is sexually explicit, sexually suggestive, or sexualises a minor in any way;
• depicts, encourages, or instructs in self-harm, suicide, or violence;
• is fraudulent, deceptive, or is an attempt to sell, solicit, or advertise;
• infringes anyone's copyright, trademark, privacy, or other rights;
• discloses another person's private information, or your own or another person's contact details, address, or financial information;
• impersonates any person or organisation, including us;
• is unlawful under the laws that apply to you, or promotes unlawful activity.

We do not moderate content submitted by users before it is created, but every prayer request is reviewed by a human moderator before it becomes visible to anyone else. Nothing you submit appears on the wall until it is approved.

3. How we act on reports

Every prayer request carries a Report control and a Block this person control.

• Reporting. When you report a request, it disappears from your own wall immediately. When a small number of members report the same request, it is hidden automatically from every device within seconds, before any person has looked at it. A human moderator then reviews it and either removes it permanently or restores it.
• Our commitment. We review every report and remove violating content within 24 hours of the report being made.
• Blocking. When you block someone, you immediately stop seeing that request and everything else they share, now and in future. The prayer wall is anonymous, so you are never told who they are, and they are never told that you blocked them. You can undo a block at any time in Settings → Blocked People.
• Consequences. Accounts that submit objectionable content may have their content removed, may be suspended, and may be terminated without notice and without refund. Accounts we terminate for abuse may not create a new account.

To report content or behaviour outside the app, or to appeal a decision, email tech@genesisflo.com.

4. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for everything that happens under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe it has been used without your permission.

You must be at least 13 years old to use Taharah, or older where your country sets a higher age for consenting to online services.

5. Not medical advice

Taharah is an educational and spiritual tool. It is not a medical device.

Nothing in the app — cycle predictions, nutrition guidance, articles, Scripture, or reflections — is medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and none of it is a substitute for care from a qualified healthcare professional. Cycle predictions are estimates calculated from what you enter and must not be relied upon as contraception or to achieve pregnancy.

Always seek the advice of a qualified professional with any question about a medical condition. Never disregard professional medical advice, or delay seeking it, because of something you read in this app.

6. Your content

You keep ownership of what you write. By submitting a prayer request you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive licence to host, store, display, and distribute it within Taharah, for as long as you leave it posted and for a reasonable period afterwards for backup and moderation records.

Your journal entries and cycle logs are private. We do not display them to other users, and we do not sell them.

7. Availability and changes

We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of Taharah at any time. We may update this agreement; if we make a material change, we will ask you to accept the new version in the app before you continue using it.

8. Disclaimer and liability

Taharah is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent the law allows.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the app. Nothing in this agreement limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

9. Third-party services

Taharah uses Google Firebase for authentication, data storage, and moderation infrastructure. Your use is also subject to Google's terms. Scripture is quoted from public-domain translations; see Settings → Scripture Sources for the full list and attribution.

10. Termination

You may stop using Taharah at any time and delete your account and all of your data from Settings → Data & Privacy. We may terminate or suspend your access if you breach this agreement, in particular section 2.

11. Apple App Store

If you obtained Taharah from the Apple App Store:

• This agreement is between you and GenesisFlō only, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for Taharah or its content.
• Apple has no obligation to provide support or maintenance for Taharah.
• If Taharah fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple and Apple will refund the purchase price, if any. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation.
• Apple is not responsible for addressing any claim you or a third party has relating to Taharah, including product liability, regulatory non-compliance, or consumer protection claims.
• Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this agreement and may enforce it against you.
