Reporting something on the prayer wall

Every request is reviewed before it appears, and Taharah has zero tolerance for abusive or objectionable content. Inside the app, tap the menu on any request to report it, block the person who wrote it, or hide it.

Reported content disappears from your wall straight away and a moderator reviews it within 24 hours. You can also email tech@genesisflo.com.

Common questions

Is my journal private?

Yes. Journal entries are yours alone and are never shown to anyone else. The prayer wall is the only place anything you write is visible to others, and it is anonymous there.

Does the prayer wall show my name?

No. There is no name, handle or photo attached to a prayer request, and the app has no field to put one in.

Can I use Taharah offline?

Yes. Tracking, the calendar, Scripture, reflections, the journal, nutrition and the husband tips all work with no connection. Only the prayer wall needs to be online.

Can I change the language?

Yes, at any time, in Settings then Language. Scripture and every screen follow the language you pick.
